Qualification by experts

An optimal qualification is garanteed by mongolian experts, junior experts, teachers and instructors. Since 1999 also experts from other german development organizations have supported PPEC: (GTZ, CIM, SES, DED).

During a KMU (small and middle sized companies) - project various experts from Germany have visited the PPEC: e.g.. German Printing Association, .... Further on experts from Heidelberg joined the center while arranging a GTZ/ PPP-activity (Public-Private-Partnership). Coordinator in Mongolia and technical director of PPEC and of this KMU project is CIM-expert Günther Stobinski. He is the main initiator of this KMU-project and responsible for consulting, qualification and technique.
